Jumps, stalls, and often I need to refresh page to reset. I have 1T Specttrum internet - should be no problem

If anyone wants to share a specific example, we can take a look. This is a very generic statement that would need more detail to do any troubleshooting at all. Where are you located? What time of day are you connecting? What is a "jump or stall"? There are many things beyond "1T Spectrum internet" that could be the cause... are you behind a Firewall / VPN / other software that could be filtering traffic?
