Allow deeper stacked buy in for standard tables

Put a 250/500 table on, but with a 150-500k max buy in. Honestly, even 100k would be great, for those of us who appreciate deep stacked poker. I’m happiest on a table where 3 or 4 players have 200k+, and will even lose all ins purposively to get stack sizes up so we can play deep.
